Plate straps are crucial in any building project. The use of plate straps are needed when an exterior or load bearing interior wall's width has been reduced by 50%, due to the passing of piping. Plate straps help reinforce these areas, along with protecting your piping from nails during the sheet rock process. We offer over 200 different styles of plate straps. We manufacture plates straps in three different gauges (12, 16 and 18), varying lengths from 6 to 36 in in 3 in increments, many different widths and many different hole locations. If we don't have a size you're looking for, that's not a problem with our in house tool and die department. We often field requests for different sized plates straps and can build or modify existing dies accordingly.
