This 6 inch lead free single check detector assembly protects the potable water supplies from potential contamination from automatic fire sprinkler systems and detects unauthorized water usage. This assembly without the shutoff valves consists of an epoxy coated ductile iron body using ArmorTek coating technology for advanced corrosion resistance. The disc is rubber encapsulated ductile iron. The maximum working pressure is 250 psi (17.2 bar) and the temperature range is 32 to 110 degrees F (0 C to 60 degrees C).
