Battery-powered extended-reach hedge trimmers operate in areas without access to wired power, eliminate the tripping hazard of a cord, and run without the fumes of gas trimmers. They are powered by batteries of a compatible platform and matching voltage. The batteries require recharging or replacement when their charge runs out.
