Floor sinks have a large basin that collects waste from dishwashers, fryers, and other equipment in commercial kitchens, restaurants, and food preparation areas. Also called floor drain basins, they allow liquid waste to drain into the plumbing system, but keep debris and solid waste captured in the basin from clogging drain lines. These floor sinks and replacement parts install flush to floors and may include a full or partial grate.
