Furring strips are to be used in conjunction with 8 in return bends to facilitate proper spacing of RAUPANEL™ and to provide a nailing surface for the floor covering. Installed without furring strips, RAUPANEL™ allows for a pipe spacing of 6 in (152 mm) on-center. Reference the table below for product dimensions and square footage. RAUPANEL™ is 5/8 in THK and designed for use with 3/8 in RauPEX O2 barrier pipe.
