With the motor in the airstream, the FG4 Series fan provides constant dissipation of heat build-up that gives the fan first in class longevity and reliability. The fan's motor bearings are permanently sealed and self-lubricating for maintenance-free life. The housing is manufactured from a two-piece stamped, galvanized construction. The unique, folded seam procedure by fantech® joins the two halves to give the fan a first in class, airtight seal. The airtight casing allows installation in duct connections and in wet room applications to be possible.
