Sioux Chief 550-11Q Universal Pipe Clamp shall be used where necessary to secure pipe or stub outs when job specifications call for clamps with acoustical properties in piping systems on residential or commercial projects. Variable clamping tension allows for thermal expansion and contraction on pipe or tube ranging from 3/8" O.D. to 1-1/8" O.D. Standoff distance shall be 1/4" from building member. Clamp and elastomer inserts shall be compatible for use with copper, PEX or CPVC supply lines. System shall be corrosion and UV resistant and certified by UPC/IAPMO.
