Flexi-liner isolates the flue gases from the chimney and prevents the damaging effects of these gases. Flue gases become acidic when they cool and condense and can work their way into the brick and mortar over time, reducing the integrity of the chimney. Using a flexi-liner to exhaust these gases prevents this from happening any further, extending the life and stability of your brick chimney. Flexi-liner also properly sizes the entire chimney system, which creates better draft and drastically reduces the cooling effect of the flue gases. The correct size flexi-liner kit will reduce the majority of destructive condensation that would otherwise form on the inside of the chimney and erode it over time. 1-compact carton contains all required components for one complete lining system. We also offer optional insulation sleeves. These sleeves enhance the life of the chimney liner by keeping the flue gases hotter and drastically reducing the condensation effect that can lead to premature corrosion.
