IPS Corporation's rain and repair collars are an economical solution that can be used on newly installed pipe vent flashings, creating a two-collar system to enhance the life of the roof flashing sealing collar. The second collar protects the main flashing seal from damaging UV rays and pipe movement, and provides a secondary water tight seal around the vent pipe. In addition, IPS rain collars can be used to instantly repair a leak on a weathered or damaged collar, until the flashing can be replaced.
