Compatible with both plastic and metal piping, the TEST-TITE® T-cone cleanout repair plug is a simple and economical solution for repairing damaged or corroded cleanouts. This cleanout repair plug comes with an epoxy sealant to ensure an air- and watertight repair. The replacement plug is designed with integrated cleanout threads, so there's no need to replace your existing fitting. Once installed, the cleanout piping unit will be securely sealed, preventing vermin from entering and sewer gases from escaping. To use, simply knead the two-part epoxy sealant until it is uniform in color, then dam the cleanout threads by pressing the sealant across them, filling them completely. Insert the plug ring into the cleanout until it fully contacts the pipe stop. Screw-in the T-cone plug and tighten with a wrench one and half-turns past hand tight.
