Installed in an ABS DWV piping system to provide access to the piping system for inspection and cleaning. A cleanout adapter and plug added for easy access. Normally used in vertical piping above ground. Below ground horizontal piping can be reached using an extension pipe from the center Hub ending in a cleanout adapter and plug above grade.
