This 3 inch lead free double check valve backflow preventer assembly prevents the backflow of contaminated water into the potable water supply. It is ideal at referenced cross-connections identified as non-health hazard applications. The maximum working pressure is 175 psi (12.06 bar). This assembly without shutoff valves consists of an epoxy coated cast iron body, NPT end connections, top mounted test cocks, two in-line independent positive seating check modules, captured springs, and replaceable check discs and seats.
