Plumbers caulk makes a flexible, durable and UV resistant waterproof seal on interior and exterior surfaces. Will not crumble, resists shrinking and can be painted. Cleans up easily with soap and water before it cures, flows easily from tube and cartridge, bonds to all common building materials, tools easily, is tack-free in 1 hr and has a 25 years life expectancy.
