This 1/4 inch lead free temperature and pressure test plug is color coded blue and is made from neoprene for natural gas and petroleum products with a temperature range of negative 40 degrees F to 200 degrees F. The plug allows for quick and efficient temporary insertion of a recorder or gauge for temperature or pressure readings eliminating the need to leave them in line. The system does not need to be shut down for temperature and pressure checks. The plug can be used in hot oil service or chemical resistance.
