Featuring pre-loaded mounting nails, the water-tite mini round ice maker outlet box is designed to provide a strong, rigid-mount for secure installation. This one-piece box comes with molded-in side support brackets for exceptional stability and a pre-installed lead-free 1/4-turn brass valve that complies with NSF 61-G requirements. The valve's integrated hammer arrester absorbs sudden pressure changes to reduce stress on the plumbing system, providing continuous and maintenance-free protection against water hammer. The pre-loaded nails are reversible, allowing the box to be mounted to either the left or right side of the stud bay. This icemaker outlet box comes with a 6-1/8 in Dia faceplate that is able to accommodate up to 1 in drywall. Choose from a standard pack with an attached faceplate or a contractor pack with an unattached faceplate.
