• Material: MI-VB Series is a 16 gauge satin coat steel door and frame and a 20 gauge satin coat steel box. The MI-VB-SM is 16 gauge satin coat steel door and box. The MI-VBSS is a 16 gauge #304 stainless steel door and frame with a 20 gauge #304 stainless steel box. The MI-VB-SMSS is a 16 gauge #304 stainless steel door and box. Finish: All Satin Coat VB’s have a primed finish. MI-VBSS has a #4 brush satin finish on door and frame and a 2B finish on the box. MI-VB-SMSS has a #4 brush satin finish on door as well as the box. Door: MI-VB Series - flush to frame. Turned back around edges for extra rigidity. MI-VB-SM Series - overlaps box, providing a tight secure fit. Optional - opening cut out of door to allow for glass or plastic window to be installed - window material supplied by others. Frame: MI-VB Series - pre-punched mounting holes for simple installation. It is welded to the box. Hinge: Concealed pivot pins. Latch: Standard - Flush mounted, screwdriver operated cam. Optional - Allen key, cylinder key, or paddle latch.
